Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website. UIRMEI Ventures is the data controller.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, role, clinic or institution, and your message.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics are collected without cookies and cannot identify you.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — for example to arrange a pilot kit or answer a product question. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of product enquiries, then deleted.

Who else sees it

This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes requests to deliver the site and to protect it from automated abuse. Enquiries sent through the contact form are received and stored by Netlify’s form service, which also emails them to our support mailbox — so a copy stays with Netlify as well as with us. We do not otherwise share your information.

Embedded video

The company page carries a video that is hosted on YouTube. It does not load when the page opens: until you press play you see a still image served from this site, and no request is made to Google at all. If you do press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com and, from that moment, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set cookies in your browser. That processing is Google’s and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy. It is the only third party this site loads anything from, and it only happens if you ask for it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email support@uirmeiventures.co.in and we will action it.
